Bordentown Township Senior Citizen’s Group reached out to deployed soldiers

Bordentown Township Senior Citizens Group had collected over 90 fleece blankets as a “going-away” gift to the soldiers going to Iraq and Afghanistan. The soldiers get to choose any blanket that they would like to have without any cost to take with them. The USO has a program that set up the blankets for display before the soldier’s board the planes for deployment. This is our way to giving them a warm hug from senior citizens back home. God Bless America and God protect our soldiers.
