Prevention Plus 6 Week course

The Bordentown Township Senior Citizen’s Group participated in a six week course called Prevention Plus. This is a county run program that was held from February 9th until March 19th once a week in the Community Center in Bordentown Township. The instructor, (Alice Hodges), was exceptional and brought the class to life with information about good health, healthy perspectives and interesting coping skills. The seniors really looked forward to this class every week and learned a lot together. They shared common information about themselves and learn practical ways to incorporate the knowledge presented to them during the class. It was fun and informative.
