The Township Committee Agendas provided below are for your information. These are PDF documents and you will need the Adobe Reader™ to view them. Please note an agenda may change prior to or during a meeting. Official copies of the agendas are available from the Township Clerk's Office.

The Township Committee meets in closed session beginning at 6:30 pm.  Open session to the public commences at the conclusion of the closed session at 7:30 pm.

Included on the agendas of all regularly scheduled Committee meetings are two public comment sections.  The Public is defined by any person, resident, business owner, or visitor that is in attendance at the meeting.  The first public comment section is reserved for discussion of items on the “consent agenda”.  The second public comment is at the end of the meeting, and can include any topics that the public chooses to address.  At both public comment periods, the public is not limited in the amount of time they have to express opinions.  The Committee does reserve the right to place a reasonable time limit on speakers in the event a large crowd is in attendance and all need to be given the right to speak.
