2021 Meeting Dates, Agendas and Minutes

The Township Committee Agendas provided below are for your information. These are PDF documents and you will need Adobe Reader™ or similar PDF reader to view them. Please note an agenda may change prior to or during a meeting. Official copies of the agendas are available from the Township Clerk's Office.

The Township Committee meetings begin at 6:30 pm with a closed executive session unless otherwise noted below. The meeting reopens to the public at 7:30 pm. In 2021, meetings will be held remotely using the Zoom platform until further notice. 

Included on the agendas of all regularly scheduled Committee meetings are two public comment sections. The first public comment section is reserved for discussion of items on the “consent agenda”.  During the second public comment, at the end of the meeting, members of the public are invited to address the Committee on any topic.  At both public comment periods, the public is not limited in the amount of time they have to express opinions; however, the Mayor or presiding officer may limit statements to five minutes per speaker in the event a large number of the public wishes to comment.

**IMPORTANT NOTES FOR REMOTE MEETINGS**

Access information is on the top of the agenda. Either click the URL and/or dial in. 

To eliminate background noise, all remote attendees will enter the meeting muted. During the public comment periods, the Administrator will unmute all remote participants. Public comment may be made using audio, audio and video or the Zoom "chat" feature. If you do not have a comment, please manually re-mute your microphone.

The public may also electronically submit questions or comments to PublicComment@bordentowntwp.org or in written letter form to the Clerk’s Office at the Municipal Building no later than 3 hours before the Committee Meeting. Submitted comments will be read aloud and addressed during the public comment portion. Duplicative written comments may be summarized. As with in person comments, written comments may be limited to five minutes at the Mayor or presiding officer's discretion should there be a large number of public wishing to comment.

All those who comment, whether in person or by written comment, must provide their name and address for the record.

Should a remote member of the public become disruptive, that person will be kept on mute and warned that continued disruption may result in being prevented from speaking or removed from the remote meeting. If time permits, the disruptive individual shall be allowed to speak after all other members of the public have been given the opportunity to speak.
