PROFESSIONAL RFPs - Please be advised that the Township of Bordentown is accepting proposals for the following positions for 2023:


Specifications and Instructions for submission are available by clicking on the professional title above or by emailing a request to [email protected]. An original, one copy and an electronic version either on a CD or a USB thumb drive must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package to the Township of Bordentown, Office of the Township Clerk, 1 Municipal Drive, Bordentown, NJ 08505 no later than 10 AM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. The Township Clerk will open all proposals received by the deadline at 10:30 AM on November 29.

FARMLAND LEASE -  The Township of Bordentown requests submission of sealed bids for the renting of approximately 167 acres of which 98 acres are tillable on the following parcels:

  • Block 90, Lot 6
  • Block 92, Lot 8.01
  • Block 92, Lot 7.01 (partial)
  • Block 92.01, Lot 18
  • Block 93, Lot 9.01

Submissions must be made in the designated manner and enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled “Farm Lease Bid.” Proposers are to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127. (N.J.A.C. 17:27).

OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR - Bordentown Township is seeking a Part-Time Emergency Management Coordinator. Applicants must be a resident of Bordentown Township. The OEM Coordinator shall be responsible for and have experience in planning, activating, disseminating public information and coordinating the conduct of all emergency management operations within the Township. Applicants are responsible for acquiring reimbursements through FEMA, other government agencies and grants. Applicants with FEMA ICS Training are preferred. Although this position is Part-Time, applicants must be prepared to work additional hours during and following emergency situations. Bordentown Township is a Civil Service Community and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
