Remember: Your water will be rusty or brown after the flush -- do not run your washing machine or dish washer. If you are able to by-pass your RO unit or house water filter that is a good idea as well. Disable your auto ice makers as well.  Run your water for a bit after the flush till the water is clear again. Use cold water first.
