CONSTRUCTION OFFICIAL / ZONING OFFICER / CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL: BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP in Burlington County is seeking a qualified individual for a full time position to perform duties of Construction Official and Zoning Officer. Position includes management responsibilities and oversight of the UCC office and duties as outlined in the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. Applicant must have current Construction Official, Building HHS Subcode and Inspector License and will be required to perform all of the duties required for those licenses as well as housing inspections. Additional licenses a plus. Additional part time positions available for Electric Subcode, Fire Subcode and Plumbing Subcode all holding HHS Certification.
