NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals for MECHANICAL SYSTEM COMMISSIONING, TESTING AND BALANCING for the new Municipal Complex will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent for the Township of Bordentown, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey on July 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM prevailing time at the Clerk’s Office located at 1 Municipal Drive, Bordentown Township, NJ 08505. At that time, in the Court Room at 1 Municipal Drive, proposals will be opened and read to the public.

The Request for Proposals can be received from the Clerk’s Office during normal business hours or by emailing m.carrington@bordentowntwp.org.

Proposals are be submitted no later than July 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM to:

Proposals must include a Technical Proposal, a Fee Proposal using the form included in the RFP (along with a fee schedule listing daily and half day rates for all staff levels that may be assigned to the project) and the other listed required documentation. Proposals are to be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and the address of the proposer and marked “RFP for Commissioning” on the outside.

Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:17-1 et seq.
