Complete a Bordentown Township Records Request (OPRA) Form providing specific information on the document(s) you are seeking.
Deliver the form: either in person to the Clerk's office, by regular mail (1 Municipal Drive, Bordentown, NJ 08505) or by email to email@example.com.
Requests are required by statute to be filled within seven (7) business days. If an extension of time is needed, you will be notified within seven (7) business days.
