** Our offices are closed to the pubic due to the public health emergency. Although the Governor has authorized virtual completion of marriage applications, we currently do not have the technological capability. With an appointment, we are willing to meet you in person to complete the marriage application provided that all parties (both spouses-to-be and the witness) wear masks and bring their own pens along with the page 1 of the completed application and a check for payment ($28). The Governor has waived the 72 hour waiting period so after the completion of the appliction, please be prepared to wait for 15 minutes for the license to be ready.
