Bordentown Township proudly recognizes Sam Williams for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and for his exceptional leadership, service, and dedication to our community.
Sam’s Eagle Scout project brought six new birdhouses to four Township parks—Terry Park, Seth Hand Park, Joseph Lawrence Park, and Northern Community Park—supporting healthy bird populations and creating a better experience for all who visit. He led a team of volunteers, raised funds through the community, and contributed 60 hours of hard work to make it happen.
“Sam embodies the spirit of community service,” said Mayor Eric Holliday. “His dedication, hard work, and leadership have made a lasting impact on Bordentown Township, and we’re honored to recognize him.”
“Projects like Sam’s not only enhance our parks, but also protect and nurture the wildlife that call them home,” added Deputy Mayor Eugene Fuzy. “It’s an investment in the environment that will be felt for years to come.”
