Veterans Day Ceremony 2025

On Saturday morning, our community gathered at the Bordentown Armory to honor the Veterans who have served our nation — and continue to serve our hometown with pride, dedication, and heart.

This year’s Veterans Day Ceremony included a special recognition of our 2025 Hometown Hero, Steven L. Martin, whose courage and lifelong commitment to service reflect the very best of Bordentown.

Mayor Eric Holliday welcomed the crowd, shared words of gratitude, and presented a Mayoral Proclamation to our Hometown Hero, joined by Deputy Mayor Eugene Fuzy, Committeewoman Kelly Lozito, and Committeewoman Aneka Miller.

We were deeply honored to have Senator Troy Singleton and Assemblyman Balvir Singh stand with us in tribute to our Veterans — representing Burlington County and the State of New Jersey with heartfelt words of appreciation.

Our sincere thanks to all who made the day so meaningful, including:
• Aidan Gould, for his moving vocal performance
• Deacon Tom Shea, for offering the Invocation and Benediction
• Mayor Holliday and Bryan Branson, who led the wreath-laying ceremony alongside our local Scouts

To every Veteran and family who joined us — and to all who continue to serve quietly and selflessly — thank you. Your courage and sacrifice remind us of what it truly means to serve both country and community.
