Township Committee proudly honored the Bordentown Regional High School Scotties Girls Basketball Team for an outstanding season and the pride they brought to our community

At the last Bordentown Township Committee meeting, officials proudly recognized the Bordentown Regional High School Scotties Girls’ Basketball Team for an exceptional season and their continued success on the court.

The Scotties finished the season with an impressive 19-4 overall record while earning their third consecutive Liberty Division title. The team also posted a perfect 12-0 record in the Freedom Division.

The program’s senior class leaves behind an incredible legacy, finishing with a combined 59-15 record over their four-year careers.

The 2025–2026 roster included Lauren Kelly, Ciara Knight, Corrine Arnold, Addison Maloney, Kate Wade, Jana Flynn, Haley Crowell, Joelle Vescovi, Avery Taylor, Madison Madeya, Lyla Zeigler, Alyssa Crusen, Samantha Brown, Addison Dziubak, Natalie Katz, Mariah Brown, Aara Coleman, Aaliyah Schultz, and Alexxa Kavalkovich.

Mayor Aneka A. Miller praised the team for the example they set for the community. "This team made Bordentown proud with their hard work, teamwork, and heart. Their success on the court is impressive, but the way they represent our community is just as meaningful.”

During the recognition, members of the Township Committee congratulated the players for their dedication, teamwork, and commitment, noting the pride they bring to Bordentown through their achievements.
