Bordentown Township Welcomes Four New Police Officers

Four new officers were sworn in to the Bordentown Township Police Department at Monday evening's Township Committee Meeting, August 17, 2026. Thomas Sico and Paul Kovac Jr. joined as Special Law Enforcement Officers, and George Hernandez and Kevin Fonseca joined as full time Police Officers.

"Tonight we welcome four dedicated individuals who chose to serve Bordentown Township. Their backgrounds, from K9 training to criminal justice work to a shared commitment to this community, reflect the kind of officers we're proud to call our own," said Deputy Mayor Eugene M. Fuzy.

"Adding four new officers to our roster strengthens our ability to serve this community. Watching Paul grow from an intern into a sworn officer, and welcoming Thomas, George, and Kevin's varied experience to our team, shows the kind of depth we're building in this department," said Director of Police Frank Lombardo.
