Did you know Bordentown Township has regulations to protect our trees -- and our community?
Healthy trees do more than make our neighborhoods look beautiful. They help prevent soil erosion, protect water resources, support wildlife, and keep property values strong. That’s why Bordentown has rules in place when it comes to removing trees on your property.
Here’s what to know:
If you’re planning to remove a tree that’s 8 inches or more in diameter (measured at breast height), you may need a tree removal permit from the Township. This helps ensure thoughtful development and protects the environmental health of our community. Visit here for the application: https://bit.ly/4kYlrzi
Questions about tree removal or permits? We’re happy to help—reach out anytime!
