We know many residents are waiting to receive their property tax bills, and we wanted to provide an update.

Bordentown Township is currently waiting to receive the certified tax rate from Burlington County. As soon as the rate is received, our Tax Office will process and mail the bills as quickly as possible.

Please note: The grace period will be extended based on the mailing date of the tax bills, giving residents additional time to submit their payment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and will continue to keep the community updated.

We're not going to pretend this isn't disappointing. Bordentown Township is postponing tomorrow’s fireworks. This wasn't an easy call to make, but the heat forecast is dangerous, and that's not something we're willing to gamble with, not with your families, our volunteers, and our first responders out there for hours. So we're moving the celebration instead of cancelling it. New date: August 4th. Same excitement, just a safer night for it. We know this isn't the news you wanted. We're sorry for the disappointment, and we appreciate you understanding why we made this call. More details on the updated event coming soon.
